At Sarri Eyewear, we are committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and design. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new eyewear isn't the perfect fit, our return and exchange policy is structured to assist you seamlessly.
The 14-Day Guarantee
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. To ensure your return is accepted, the eyewear must be returned in pristine, unworn condition, complete with all original packaging, cases, and accessories.
Shipping & Handling
Please note that our clients are responsible for all shipping expenses.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- The cost of return shipping, as well as the shipping cost for any exchanged items, is the responsibility of the client.
Exchanges: UAE & Egypt
For our clients in the United Arab Emirates and Egypt, we offer a streamlined exchange process within the 14-day window. Once your original piece is returned and inspected, we will process your new selection. (Note: Round-trip shipping fees apply).
International Returns (Outside UAE & Egypt)
For our global clientele, we currently accept returns but do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to try a different style or size, simply return your original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
Customs & Duties: If an international package is held at customs for more than 14 days and returned to our facilities, we will issue a store credit for the order value, strictly minus all incurred shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes.
Flawed or Incorrect Pieces
Every pair of Sarri Eyewear undergoes a rigorous quality control inspection before dispatch. However, should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect piece, please notify our Client Care team within 48 hours of receipt. We will swiftly resolve the issue and arrange for a complimentary replacement.
The Refund Process
Once your return arrives at our facility and passes our quality inspection, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment, excluding the original shipping costs. Please allow a few business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
